Shipping info
This calculator applies to pets or shipments flying domestically with a total weight of less than 100 pounds per piece, and up to 90 total linear inches (sum of height, width, length).

Exception rates
Exception rates apply to bulky items, perishable goods (Fresh), and pharmaceutical shipments (Pharma), or any shipments requiring special handling. These rates are calculated as an adjustment to the general freight rate and become the basis for final freight charges.
Shipments containing human remains or live animals require prior notification. Pharma shipments may require regulatory documentation, while Fresh items may necessitate expedited or temperature-controlled handling

- A $25 surcharge applies per airway bill for shipments containing hazardous or regulated materials, such as flammable, toxic, or pressurized items.
- A $15 fee is charged per shipment when using Collect on Delivery (COD), where the recipient pays for the goods at the time of delivery.
